I am looking at various properties and need a roommate to help with rent and some utilities. I work a lot, am recently divorced and will have my 2 daughters there every other weekend, and one day a week. I am seeking a female roommate as the mother of my children is very sensitive to having a strange male in the apartment. I work a lot, am very neat, generous, polite and honest.
