About the room

I have a furnished (if needed) BR to rent on the main floor. My BR is upstairs with a half bath, so we would share the tub/shower in the first floor bath. I want a friendly, responsible, honest, outgoing, active person to share common areas and cleaning of those areas. I have a cute dog. Would share food/meals if desir
