My house is a 2261 finished sq ft. house. 4 bedrooms, with the smallest bedroom at 13x12, so none of the rooms are small. It has a gas fireplace, hardwood floors throughout. It has 1 bathroom(it's huge though, with lots of storage space). I plan on puting in a second bathroom most likely this spring.
