About the room
I am 26 and just moved into a basement apartment in Hicksville a couple of months ago and my current roommate needs to move out of state. My lease is on a month to month basis and I would like to keep this apartment so I am looking for someone that is willing to move in for at least the next 6 months, is responsible, and will not have a problem paying rent every month. It is a great location, walking distance to Hicksville train station and 1.5 miles from LIE and N State. Located off Old Country
