About the room
Mid-century bungalow; quiet street; walking distance to El Paseo. 738 sq.ft. total room size includes 2 walk-in closets; wet-bar; has separate entrance. Need references, credit check and have steady income coming-in. Must like dogs and get your own rental insurance. Utilities shared and split - to be worked out. 73-820 Shadow Lake Dr Can discuss if you would want house priviledges. Need someone who is tidy and enjoys cleaning up after themselves and who doesn't mind helping keep home clean.
