$500/month + utilities. cable/high speed internet. Water is included. No in-unit laundry but enough places around. On-street parking. Looking for a roommate that takes it easy on weeknights but that's sociable at the same time. 15-minute walk to Davis Square and right off 93. I've furnished the place with the exception of the vacant bedroom. About 10'x12'. No cable box or jack in the room
