I have a room to rent in my apartment in the Van Nest/Morris Park section of the Bronx for a April 1st move in. It’s in a newly renovated unit with all wood floors, brand new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, lots of closets, with w/overhead storage and a huge living-room. It’s located on the 3rd floor of a walk up in a well-kept private house. It’s a quiet area close to public transportation.
