I’m leasing a home in the Los Angeles area and I need a Female roommate. I’m looking for a Non- smoker, quiet, responsible roommate. I’m a trustworthy, considerate, financially stable, love the arts especially design. I’m a bit on the responsible side ( upfront, pay my bills on time, respect the people around me).
