My name is Erik, I am recently turned 28. Very mellow, I surf (work a lot) also have a girlfriend so I am mostly gone. My girlfriend lives in northern california so is really never around either. I am looking for someone who is mellow as well not having raging parties all the time (every now and then is fine with me) Just really a solid roommate. I am also not a heavy drinker although I do like to have a beer after work every now and then.
