About the room
I have 2 rooms and 1 private bath available.....great for someone that wants a bedroom and office situation. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite, carpeting and wood floors thoughout. I do haver a beagle but cannot have any other pets in the house. I prefer a male roommate, someone easy to get along with because I am extremely easygoing and friendly. There is a great BBQ area in back and it gets used alot especially in the summer time. If you are interested in a great house just let me know. TY
