Summary
Very resonablelly priced! Very nice apartments on the inside. Quiet. Nice sized living room area for a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. The owners of the complex are elderly and very nice. If you make less than $1,000 a month (ex. college student), then you must have a co-signer.
