My Fiance and I have a 2 bedroom apartment and we are looking to rent out one of the rooms. We need someone ASAP as something came up last minute and we need to fill the room. Rent is $300 a month and that includes water, sewer, trash and maintenance. We are willing to negotiate prices though! We are both super laid back and are hoping to find the same.
