About the room
I have a vacant room in my basement, which is in the process of being refinished. There is a completed bathroom with shower in the lower level, a queen bed and lots of possibilities. The view and patio are unbelievable! I have 4 small dogs and outside animals, but the dogs will not be allowed in your area. Other items can be negotiated!
