Apartment is at Jamestown Place in south Bossier- it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with hardwood floors in all common areas and bathrooms, carpet in the bedrooms & closets. It is a brand new complex so everything is new- paint, appliances, ac/heat, doors, windows, locks, etc. Rent is $940 total plus utilities for the entire apartment. I am looking to have my roommate pay $550 monthly and I will cover the rest (my share of the rent and utilities). Please contact me as soon as possible.
