I am simply looking for a considerate, tidy, mature person, preferably in between the ages of 25-45, who is a nonsmoker, doesnt have wild parties every night, and is very easygoing. Race does not matter to me, however, I am white. I do not mind pets, I do have a small parrot however that would be kept in my room.
