About the room
I am looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in the 2 bed 2 bath apartment that I rent. It is $750 per month plus utilities (water is included). I lived here for the past year, and really enjoyed it. It is a newly renovated apartment with hardwood floors throughout, and a granite kitchen with all new appliances (including a dishwasher). The lease would start on September 1st, and would be for 12 months with a free 13th month.
