I'm a grad student at Harvard. I need to work on my field seminar and thesis. I am quiet and will not bother my roommate. I'd love an individual room, but I'll be ok with a shared room if I must. I am a teacher and writer. Internet usage is also important to me, but location and safety are the most important.
