Ivancc, 34

I'm an Ecuadorian college student who will be traveling to the US in March to finish my undergraduate studies at either Florida or Georgia. I'm 19 years old, outgoing, enjoy reading and watching movies, exercising and eating healthy, music (I play guitar, some piano and harmonica, not a loud player), partying and beach activities such as surfing and sailing. I'm looking for either an apartment or a house shared between up to 6 people, preferably my own age.
