I'm a single 27 year old Adult Male. I am a native of Miami and am relocating to Miami soon. I have always lived in or around the 33015 area, my family also is very close by. I am looking for a spacious room (room mate or Efficiency) that is both accommodating yet fair on the rent. I am a hardworking single parent (separated), clean, non-smoking, responsible individual who seeks to rest and relax and enjoy the hours spent at home. Hoping to find luck as I am in TX.
