About the room
16th floor unit in desirable 55W. 24 hour gym, 14th floor pool/spa/sundeck/dog walk area, several common rooms for entertaining, high security, private parking garage, 24 hour security/concierge, expensive but worth every penny, down payment is negotiable. Not a party house. I'm a full time student so I need someone who will work or be in class, not hibernating on my couch for a week straight. Want more info send me a message.
