About the room
Common areas include a cozy living room (w/48” T.V.), large kitchen w/pantry, high speed internet, two person sauna, five person hot tub, washer/ dryer, and privacy fence around large back yard. The ideal roommate would be a male, military, E-6 to E-9. We enjoy a clean, fun, drama free, and welcoming environment. We are down to earth individuals with a great sense of humor. We enjoy occasional get-togethers and wine with dinner but we are not hard-core partiers.
