Summary

The home is an older cottage on the innercoastal. It is a small one bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchen, dining area and main living room area. The yard is mostly sand and there is a great view of the innercoastal out the bay window. Direct access to the river and beach. The way that we would be set up is basically what you would consider bunking, lol. This is a great place to start with a low budget and semi temporary.
