About the room
My boy friend and I have a 1 bathroom 2 bedroom apartment. We don't use the other bedroom so we'd like to rent it out to someone who needs it. $450 rent includes room, water, electric, waste, cable TV, and high speed internet. Smokers welcome. The room is unfurnished, so you can decorate it anyway you like - all we ask is that you're CLEAN and TRUSTWORTHY. Also, we have one kitten, so please be okay with that. For more information or pictures call, text, or E-mail :) [contact info removed]
