About the room
The house is ~100 yrs old, but well maintained thanks to a very attentive landlord. You would get a large bedroom with a newly renovated en suite bath, and half of a guest room/office. House has enormous windows, unusual architectural detail, and original hardwood floors throughout. There is a cute front porch, fenced back yard, and off street parking. Sorry, no dogs. Cats ok.
