About the room
The building is new & has a pool, so it is very nice, in my opinion. The apartment is on the 3rd Floor & the Elevator opens up right across from my apartment. The maintenance people are very good to come around right away & fix things, when I call. There are lots of places to shop & restaurants, nearby. It's about 10-15 minutes to the beach, from the apartment. The Master Bed Room, with attached Full Bath Room, is available. It is partially furnished, with a King Bed (Sealy Posturpedic), Night
