About the room
Usually home in the evenings but rarely weekends. I take pride in the place and am looking for someone laid back, clean, and easy to live with, also, I spent 3 years of college with female roommates and prefer the same. Considering this, I plan to rent the master bedroom as it provides more privacy w/ sliding door to the backyard, bath, etc. As a single, professional guy, I am surprisingly clean and am looking for someone outgoing, honest, and with minimal drama.
