Hello everyone. I currently live in Austin Ranch in a two bedroom townhouse loft style apartment and would like to find a room mate. My floor plan is the 2AS3 and its 1273 sf. The rent is $600 a month + utilities, electric, and cable. The deposit is negotiable. We have a Cafe' Gecko (bar), a free Larry North Gym, and many social activities. I am a very responsible & respectable young woman & would make a great roommate. You must love animals. I have 2 pugs, so I hope that's not a problem!
