I own a 4 bedroom house in a great neighborhood in Waterloo, Iowa. It is close to the mall and not far from Hawkeye Community College. I will be renting out the finished basement which has an egress window, TV, sofa, 2 chairs, dinner table with chairs, a bed, small dresser, and a laundry room. I have 3 dogs and don't want any other pets living here. I'm willing to do a lease and/or month to month. Looking for a responsible & respectful roommate. Smoking only outside.
