I have found a house for $700/month and split three ways is $233.33 plus utilities. Lemme know if you're interested. I'm looking to move in asap. Pet deposit is $350 if you have pets as well and the deposit on the house is $700 so split three ways its $233.33... I'm looking for pretty chill roommates, the only rules I really have for roommates are smoking outside, and if you're not going to be home by midnight, lemme know.
