Hello, My name is Shawn and I'm looking for a room to rent. I am clean, pay months in advance. Clean up my kitchen mess. I load dishes. I like a clean place. I rarely smoke and when I do I never smoke inside!!!. I drive a Jaguar, so If their is a garage that would be a plus. I have never been a roommate. I've always had roommates. The economy killed my business, so now my credit sucks. I do have cash though to pay in advance! God Bless.
