About the room

Nice 2 bd/2 bath condo with dual masters. Nicely furnished, all you need is your bedroom furniture. There is a pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, and club house. Two dedicated parking spaces. I am looking for someone who is chill, drama free and can be friendly and get along with anyone. I work part time and go to school, so another student would be nice, but I am open to someone who is working as long as you can pay your bills on time.
