Joegar, 45

I am a male in my early 30s looking for either a male or female roommate. I live in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home in the West Los Angeles/ Culver City area. The house has a nice big backyard with a pool and complete access to all common areas. There is parking in the drive way as well as the street. Utilities are not included and will be split half and half; however, gardner, pool guy, and water is taken care of. The home is easily accessible to the metro line, in close proximit
