About the room
Hi, I have a private room and private bath available immediately. I work long hours and play in two bands so I am rarely here...for all intents and purposes, it is like I having the entire house to yourself. I am primarily looking for a female roommate, BUT I am NOT looking for a girlfriend or hook-up ONLY a roomate. The rent is $500 a month, all utilities included. Take a look at the pics attached, and if you're interested, you can contact me at: [contact info removed] or [contact info removed]. Thanks...
