I am interested in sharing the cost and responsibilities of a house or apartment with another professional, quiet female, non-smoker. I am self-employed with a 10 pound (rescued) dachshund, Timmy, and a 14-yr old female cat, Therapy. We are looking for a first floor situation with w/d. I have lived in the same apartment for over 10 years and have excellent referrals. Can exchange help for part of rent.
