I am drug and drama free, clean, quiet, courteous, and generally early with rent. I am looking for a place where I will have a room, my own bathroom, fast internet, access to the kitchen and laundry, a fenced back yard, and a parking spot. Finally, I have a trained and friendly dog who will not be allowed in common areas unless I am home.
