Professional government employed mature male looking for a room or basement with a private entry and bathroom. Prefer a quiet location with little in-house traffic. I prefer solitude. My job requires that I travel, sometimes. Outgoing and love the outdoors. Sometimes I may be away on the weekends. I have no pets or children that visit. Clean, tidy and a non-smoker of any type.
