Summary

Traditionally furnished, clean room nestled in a contemporary 4 BR home $400/mos + 1/4 utilities. The backyard is peaceful and private. It's located in a family neighborhood on the edge of Jamestown and High Point. I'm a high school teacher and single mom of two older, quiet, and very respectful teens. Jamestown is has recently sprouted some unique live music and dinner offerings and is very near City Lake Park which has walking trails, a pool, and much more.
