I am a quiet,open minded active man 63 yrs old (most days don't feel a day over 50 lol). I am looking for a nice room to rent for between $300 and $500 dollars a month. I have been living in Florida for the last 25 yrs caring for my parents now moving to Denver retired and living on steady income. I love the mountains and hiking so looking forward to living in Denver. I am very experienced with roommate living. 10 yrs while in San Francisco. I am flexible and adaptive. I am a good roommate.
