My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a room in our house for a single person (no couples) between the ages of 22-30. It is in an unfinished basement. So no carpet or anything like that. But it is pretty good sized and you have your own toilet and sink in your room and your own living room, but would have to share the shower and kitchen. We have pets. So have to be okay with pets, no more pets please. We don't want drugs or partying and will NOT tolerate anything of the sort, qui
