The home is a 2 story with 3 bedrooms 1 bath downstairs and 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs. I am looking for someone that would like to rent two rooms downstairs, 1 for office and the other for a bedroom. You would have access to all of downstairs the yard and garden space. The home is located in a very quite neighborhood with lots of parks, jogging and hiking trails. 15 minutes from downtown and campus. Bus line 1 block, off street parking. I have 1 small and 1 medium-sized dogs
