I am a single military officer that enjoys my down time by having a couple of beers and gaming. I usually tend to keep to myself and barely use the living room for social activities. The bill is all inclusive with rent, internet, cable, and utilities. My apartment complex has a 24 hour gym and a pool with grills. I want a roommate that does not mind smoking outside on the balcony and keeping it outdoors. Needs to be somewhat clean, but not a neat freak. No pets or children.
