Nniles, 34

Hey I'm Nicole, 23 years old. I'm looking for a roommate roughly in their 20's. Male or Female. The room is available now and the lease ends at the end of July. you will need to do a background check through the landlord. Rent is $720, split is $360, but I'm willing to go $325. Heat and water are paid for. Utilities roughly $40. I have furniture in the living room and kitchen so you wouldn't need to provide those. I live in Coralville, walking distance to hyvee, caseys, and the library.
