Summary

We will share a 4 BR waterfront house. Kitchen, pool, laundry and garage are common places. Besides that everybody has his private rooms. Renters need to clean up after themselves, act respectfully regarding noise and appearance. No parties, no pets please (two shy cats are living here already). I am working out of my home. The house and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to the great Fitness Center at South Shore Harbor, golf, tennis, boating. Renter must be OK. with bac
