I am a mature man in my early 50's seeking a female roommate to help out around the house with bills and other stuff. I have a small 1 bedroom 1 bath home in a nestled adult community. Amenities include pool, laundry, on site, water, Electric, cable and internet! You must be at least 45 years old with no pets and be a non smoker unless you go outside to smoke. Be able to pass a background check and extremely trustworthy. I work a lot during the day and some nights.
