Peaceful home in safe, quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. Plenty of safe street parking. Walking distance from Trader Joe's and other shopping / restaurants. 12 x 12 bedroom with own ¾ bath. New paint and carpet coming this month. Once finished, more photos will be posted. I have a sweet 80 lb male dog and would consider someone with a dog as long as dogs are compatible – $300 pet deposit. 420 friendly - no drama or heavy partying. Reduced rent in exchange for light housekeeping.
