Looking for a female roommate (mid-20s) for a beautifully updated 2 bedroom apartment on Saint James Place. There is a third room that is used as an office with a desk. The apartment is already fully furnished, you would just need to bring furniture for your bedroom. The apartment includes an electric fireplace, an outdoor balcony with seating, and many modern updates. Prospective roommate must be clean and quiet, preferably a professional or student, like me. Rent is $550 + utilities.
