We have a NextGen home by Lennar Builders which contains a mother-in-law/family type apartment within the home that we are looking to rent out. It's BRAND NEW!! You would have a private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry closet (W/D included) and bedroom with walk-in closet. No shared space except the back yard if you so choose. Front of home street parking. In a beautiful community with amenities. All utilities included (water, trash, sewer, electric, cable (basic) and internet).
