Wstennett, 45

I have a large furnished (unfurnished if preferred) 200 sq ft room available in Spanaway near Spanaway Lake Park, Sprinker Rec Center, and JBLM. Rent is $525/mo plus $300 damage deposit. Utilities included. Must buy own food. This is a family home with older children. Have an indoor cat and dog. Must pass background check. Typical house rules. No overnight guests, pets, couples, partiers. Need someone who works full-time, is socially active, pays on time, respectful, friendly, and clean. Thanks.
