Beverlymaison, 30

My name is Spencer and I am seeking to rent two bedrooms in a very nice 3-bed 2.5 bath condo within close walking distance to the ASU campus & restaurants. Washer-dryer in unit, utilities split equally 3 ways & average $150 per month (includes cable, internet, electric and parking). I am an ASU student majoring in business. I enjoy sports, music, working out, and going out with friends. I am seeking housemates who are good-natured, tidy/clean, respectful, pleasant. No drugs or pets.
