*First month's rent is $430, every month after that is $330+half of utilities.* I have a semi-furnished room waiting for someone to fill it with a sublease! Message me through here, if interested or you can also contact me via my phone, available on my Craigslist ad: [contact info removed]. Room has a twin-sized bed, large desk, and small clothes dresser. I have two cats and foster another. I like it tidy and quiet. There's 1 1/2 baths, not private.
